We were both born and raised in the North West of England and feel very fortunate to have lived and worked overseas for a significant portion of our working lives. We have also had the good fortune to have travelled to some of the world's most exciting locations. But for us, nowhere compares to the beauty and diversity of the English Lake District with its magnificent mountains, meandering rivers, crystal clear tarns, ancient woodlands and wide open spaces.
